Vol. 469 No. 2

Written Answers. - Revision of Case.

Mary O'Rourke

Question:

68 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will have arrangements made for the relevant community welfare officer to review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who is in an extremely difficult financial position. [17115/96]

Limerick East): The provision of assistance by a community welfare officer in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the question has been referred to the chief executive officer of the Midland Health Board with a request that he examine the query and issue a direct reply to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
