78 Mr. M. McDowell asked the Minister for Health whether he has received any complaints in relation to the 1994 Report of the Inspector of Mental Hospitals; the persons who made complaints; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17128/96]

Limerick East): I am not aware of any complaints in relation to the 1994 Report of the Inspector of Mental Hospitals which I published on 30 August 1996.
