107 Mr. Martin asked the Minister for Education if she has requested a copy of the Aims, Objectives and Assessment Criteria for the 1994-95 Psychology Programme of the H.Dip/MED qualifier examination in St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, County Kildare from the Registrar of the National University of Ireland; and if not, if she will request such a copy and place it in the Library of the Houses of the Oireachtas. The constituent colleges of the NUI and the recognised college at St. Patrick's College, Maynooth, operate independently of my Department. In particular, these institutions reserve the exclusive right to conduct their own academic affairs. They also generate a great number of examination related documents. In these circumstances it would not be appropriate for me to request any such document for the purposes indicated by the Deputy.
