Question:124 Dr. Moffatt asked the Minister for the Environment if he will provide funding under the small schemes to upgrade the water piping system in Ballycastle, County Mayo which is urgently needed and in view of the fact that this is an opportune time to commence such works due to the fact that other projects, such as a village enhancement project, are due to start in this area.
