187 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite the registration of lands for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that any delay will hold up payment of a grant. [20283/96]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 16 November 1995. The most recent queries were issued to the lodging solicitors on 3 October 1996 and replies dated 24 October 1996 have been received by the Land Registry. I understand it is expected that the dealing will be completed in two weeks.
