192 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to complete a registration and have a certified copy of deeds issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the fact that an application was made 18 months ago and installation aid grant is being withheld by the Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing number referred to by the Deputy is now obsolete and that the new dealing number is J6692/96. I am further informed that this new dealing refers to an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 21 October 1996. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 1 November 1996 to which replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until the queries issued are satisfactorily discharged. However, I can confirm that on receipt of replies, the matter will be expedited by the Land Registry.
