I propose to take Questions Nos. 113 to 123, inclusive, together.

In the period 1991 to 1995, capital expenditure on major water and sewerage schemes in County Mayo was nearly £45 million. A further £8.5 million is expected to be expended in 1996 on seven such schemes that are either at construction stage or have recently been completed. Having regard to the foregoing and to the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme generally, I cannot say at this stage when it may be possible to advance the schemes referred to in the questions.
