45 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry whether his Department has written to Teagasc expressing concern in regard to the servicing and validation of second year REP scheme plans and, in particular, stating that qualified certificates are no longer acceptable. I confirm that my Department is in correspondence with Teagasc in relation to the certification of REPS plans for payment purposes.
