332 Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he has received representations on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if so, when he will make a decision on this matter. [24423/96]

An application from the person in question for a SLOM III milk quota under the terms of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2055/93 was received by my Department following consideration of which a quota allocation was made.
