Question:152 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite an application for registration of a dealing in respect of a person (details supplied) which has been lodged for some time. [24966/96]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that rulings on title are due to issue shortly. Progress on the completion of the dealing will depend on receipt of replies to the rulings on title but the matter will be expedited on receipt of such replies.
