Smith asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the urgent need to proceed with the proposed sewerage scheme for Cootehill, County Cavan; when the contract documents will be approved in respect of this project; when tenders will be invited; when construction work will commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
