129 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Environment when progress will be made on the provision of a sewerage scheme at Kilmacow in County Kilkenny in view of the fact that a revised preliminary report for this scheme has been with his Department for some time. [2783/97]

Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve this proposal.
