125 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite the registration of land (details supplied) in the Land Registry Office in view of the fact that the owner of the land is undergoing hardship as a result of the delay. [3271/97]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there was no delay in this case and that the dealing has been completed since 15 October 1996.
