Vol. 474 No. 6

Written Answers. - Departmental Properties.

Tony Gregory

Question:

116 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health the current position regarding the disposal of the remaining land in the ownership of his Department adjacent to Dunard Estate, Navan Road, Dublin 7. [3737/97]

Limerick East): The site in question consists of about seven acres at the Navan Road, and the intention is to dispose of this land on the open market when the legal formalities associated with the proposed sale have been completed. These formalities are currently being considered by the Chief State Solicitor's office in consultation with the Land Registry, and it is hoped that it will be possible to finalise the details and proceed with the sale in the near future.
