101 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Justice if she has considered an alternate venue in the town of Clones, County Monaghan, as a temporary courthouse; when she will make an announcement in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [4750/97]

The identification of a temporary court venue is a matter for the local authority and it has been requested to identify a suitable venue.
