241 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice if she will request the Land Registry office to expedite the registration of a dealing (details supplied) in County Westmeath; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5157/97]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing, which refers to a boundary amendment, involves 13 folios. I understand that, subject to no further queries being raised, it is expected that the dealing will be completed within three weeks.
