Vol. 475 No. 4

Written Answers. - Turbary Allocations.

Éamon Ó Cuív

Question:

266 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a decision will be made on turbary allocations on the French-Lynch Estate in Tubberoe townland, County Galway, on foot of a scheme which was lodged by the local office of the Land Commission in Galway on 14 May 1991, to the Land Commission headquarters; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5090/97]

The resale scheme in question is currently with the Land Commission's survey branch for checking and certification of boundaries and areas etc. It is expected that the lands subject of the scheme will be allotted in the near future.
