152 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education the position regarding the release of funding under the human resource development fund in order to put a catering training facility in Dundalk Regional Technical College, County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5680/97]

Financial provision for the commencement of construction work on the new catering training facility has been included in my Department's third level capital estimates for 1997.

The college authorities will be seeking tenders for the project in the near future.
