Vol. 475 No. 7

Written Answers. - Breaking the Cycle Scheme.

Mary Coughlan

Question:

178 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the fact that there is a grave need to provide additional facilities for teachers participating in the Breaking the Cycle scheme, in particular, provision of an all-purpose or parent room and the provision of adequate storage facilities to ensure that the programme is fully implemented in the participating school; if additional funding will be made available; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5948/97]

My attention has not been drawn to any overall accommodation issue relating to the Breaking the Cycle initiative. If the Deputy could let me know the school to which she is referring, I will have the matter examined.
