117 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Defence the number of FCA and Slua Muirí officers commissioned by Corps and Command for each of the years from 1993 to date; whether any potential officers who have completed their courses still await the award of their commission; the number of persons who went on preliminary officers' courses by command for each of the years from 1994 to date; the number who went on potential courses by command for the same period; the number of candidates by command who are anticipated to undergo preliminary and separately potential officers courses in 1997; and the number of FCA and Slua Muirí officers who will retire on age grounds in 1997.
