Question:131 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will restore a full milk quota entitlement to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry. [7246/97]
Written Answers. - Milk Quota.
The person named forfeited special allocations which he has received from the national reserve as he had entered an arrangement to lease a portion of his land and milk quota.
The matter can be reconsidered if the producer submits a written application for the reallocation of that quota, setting out the details of the leasing arrangement and his present circumstances. I have arranged for an application form to the Milk Quota Appeal Tribunal to be issued to the person named for this purpose.
