Written Answers. - Departmental Safety Policy.
My Department has a safety statement and a designated safety officer which are in accord with the conditions laid down in the Health, Safety and Welfare at Work Act, 1989. The Department's reorganised family mediation service centres, at Limerick and Dublin, are currently in the process of drawing up safety statements and designating safety officers.
