121 Mr. N. Treacy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will fulfil his commitment to sanction grant aid proposals in respect of an association (details supplied); the date on which this will be done; the amount of grant aid being made available in 1997; and if he will make a statement on the matter. No commitment was given by my Department to a grant-in-aid to the association in question. Funding is not available for this purpose.
