62 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Finance the total tax yield for each of the years 1995, 1994, 1993, 1985, 1984 and 1983; if he will give a breakdown by category of PAYE and so on; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10236/97]

The total Exchequer tax receipt for the years 1983 to 1985 and 1993 to 1995 under the various tax heads are as follows:
