Written Answers - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application referred to by the Deputy involves a Land Commission schedule. In the case of such schedules, the property is deemed to be registered as of date of vesting by the Land Commission. It is, however, the policy of the Land Registry to try, as far as possible, to expedite cases in which it can be established that special circumstances of urgency exist. Any such cases will be specially considered if details of the reasons for urgency are submitted to the Registrar of Titles.
