251 Mr. Bree asked the Minister for Justice the number of exemptions granted from November 1996 to January 1997 to licensed premises (details supplied) in County Donegal; the dates for which the exemptions were granted. [12800/97]

The information requested by the Deputy, in so far as it is available, is set out below. For clarity, I should explain that in relation to the applications for the first named and the third named premises that, as is the norm in these cases, the court only has a record of special exemptions applications made on behalf of the licensed premises in which the particular units named by the Deputy are located. No specific reference is made in any application to the units named by the Deputy in these cases.

The exemptions in relation to the second named premises were granted specifically for that premises.

In relation to the first-named unit 46 special exemption orders were granted for the months of November 1996, December 1996 and January 1997 to the licensed premises in which the said unit is located and the dates are as follows:
