133 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will confirm his intentions to proceed with the provision of a new Garda station in Leixlip, County Kildare at an early date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16042/97]
It is proposed to build a new Garda station in Leixlip. However, as no suitable site has yet been located for a new station the building at present occupied by the Garda is being examined with a view to providing additional accommodation on an interim basis for the increased personnel assigned to Leixlip station.
