Mitchell asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she will arrange for the transfer to Dublin Bus of the vehicle registration tax collected in the Dublin area to enable Dublin Bus to meet the travel needs of existing and potential customers and to help deal with the growing Dublin traffic chaos; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
