I propose to take Questions Nos. 203 and 212 together.
I am examining what options are available for a targeted home improvement grant scheme for low income households having regard to the range of measures currently available and the likely cost implications. However, I am not in a position to indicate whether or not next year's Estimates will include provision for such a scheme.
