Vol. 481 No. 7

Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.

Michael Ferris

Question:

207 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the proposals, if any, he has received regarding a sewerage scheme at Limerick Junction, County Tipperary; when he will give approval to Tipperary South Riding County Council to proceed with this scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16973/97]

Preliminary proposals for this scheme have been submitted to my Department but, given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve them.
