Question:

143 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the name of the registered owners and relevant folio numbers of the seven folios and the seven registered owners of the Portacloy commonage, electoral division of Knockadaff, Barony of Erris in County of Mayo containing in total 843 acres, 2 roods and 39 perches in respect of which the registered owner of the lands comprised in a folio (details supplied) in County Mayo holds a one seventh undivided share in view of the fact that as an elected member of Dáil Eireann this information should be provided to Deputy Ring free of charge on request. The maintenance of the register of land ownership and the formulation of rules governing the provision of information therefrom are matters for the Land Registry Office, Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
