262 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will have arrangements made requiring local authorities and An Bord Pleanála to notify persons, who had expressed an interest in a planning application to a local authority, when and if an appeal against the local authority's decision is lodged with An Bord Pleanála; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
