202 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current position of the proposed major sewerage scheme for Bantry, County Cork; and when his Department will provide funding in this regard. [19640/97]

Revised contract documents for this scheme have been submitted to my Department. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme I cannot say when it may be possible to approve them.

203 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current position regarding the proposed new sewerage scheme for Ballylicky, County Cork; and when funding will be provided by his Department in this regard. [19643/97]

A preliminary report for this scheme has been submitted to my Department. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme I cannot say when it may be possible to approve it.

204 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his Department will make funds available for the extension of the existing sewerage system in Enniscrone, County Sligo in view of the fact that there are many more houses in the area since it was given tax designation status; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve the proposal for the extension of the existing sewerage system in Enniscrone.
