100 Mr. Sargent asked the Taoiseach if he will supply a listing of all those who have been appointed by him to serve or to represent on the boards of Government agencies, semi-State bodies or other Government linked bodies, and the terms of office of those appointed in this regard. [19730/97]
Mr. Justice Anthony Hederman, President of the Law Reform Commission, was reappointed by the Government until 30 June 1998. Mr. Justice Hederman's five year term of office expired on 19 October 1997 but he has agreed to remain on as President for a short period until the recent Deloitte & Touche report on the Commission has been considered by Government and implemented, as appropriate, by the Commission.
No other appointments have been made to the boards of the agencies or other bodies under the aegis of my Department since this Government took office.
