331 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the progress, if any, being made by her Department in relation to providing a centre for the performing arts in Dublin including a conservatoire as outlined in An Action Programme for the Millennium; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my reply to related Question No. 442 from him on this topic on 30 September last. I stated that the question of establishing such an academy is primarily a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Education and Science. Discussions are continuing between our two Departments on the matter.
