392 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason for the delay in commencing Phase II of the Castleknock community college, Dublin 15; the action, if any, he proposes to get the project back on line to be ready for intake in September 1998; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Stage two of architectural planning (outline sketch scheme) for the second phase of Castleknock community college is currently being prepared by the County Dublin Vocational Education Committee's design team. When this has been received in my Department, the project will be progressed further without delay. It is not possible at this stage of planning to indicate when the project is likely to be ready for construction and completion. However, every effort will be made to expedite architectural planning so that construction can begin as speedily as possible.
