Question:136 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will expedite a Land Registry dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [20686/97]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to a voluntary transfer and charge which was lodged on 10 October 1997. A query issued on this dealing to the lodging solicitor on 20 November 1997 and a reply is awaited. On receipt of the reply the dealing will be expedited.
