138 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if a lottery fund grant was approved during 1997 for a club (details supplied) in County Westmeath; the date on which this announcement was made by the previous Minister for Sport; and if he will confirm if this grant aid has now been paid by his Department. The club was informed by letter that it had been allocated a grant under the sports capital programme on 17 July 1997. The grant will be paid on receipt from the club of the necessary documentation as required under standard procedures by my Department.
