Ahern asked the Minister for Education and Science the current situation regarding the repair of the roof in the junior comprehensive school, Ballymun, Dublin 11 the finances for which Deputy N. Ahern understands were provided in the 1997 Estimates; and if he will make a statement on perceived delays. [20757/97]
The situation in relation to the repair of the roof at the junior comprehensive school, Ballymun, Dublin 11 is that officials in the planning and building unit of my Department are finalising details in relation to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, 1995.
When these details have been completed it is intended that the repair works will commence.
