456 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has to resolve a school transport problem for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo following his promise of a review of the situation in the Adjournment debate of 15 October 1997. [20904/97]
I would like to assure the Deputy that the transport problem referred to by him is being re-examined. Medical evidence in respect of one of the pupils on the service in question has only been submitted very recently to my Department. Following the examination of this case, the Deputy will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
