Question:103 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing number will issue and a transfer be finalised in relation to a folio (details supplied) in County Cork. [22540/97]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application refers to three dealings that were lodged on 28 November 1997 in respect of transfer of part. Queries have recently been raised with the lodging solicitor in relation to dealings Nos. D97CK13580D and D97CK13581G. On receipt of satisfactory responses the dealings will be expedited.
I have been further informed that the third dealing No. D97CK13289M is being expedited. It is not possible, however, to estimate a completion time at this stage.
