323 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform whether those arrested but subsequently released in connection with the recent £3 million cannabis seizure in Tallaght, Dublin 24 have been rearrested. [23142/97]
Five persons were originally arrested and subsequently released in relation to the recent £3 million cannabis resin seizure in Tallaght. I am informed by the Garda Authorities that four of the five persons have now been rearrested and are currently charged before the courts.
