355 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science if Waterford Institute of Technology will benefit under the provision of £20 million from the Scientific and Technological Education Investment Fund which is being set aside to support appropriate tourism related capital developments in the technological sector; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Waterford Institute of Technology as a provider of courses in the tourism area, will, along with other third level institutions, be considered for funding from the proposed £20 million allocation from the Scientific and Technological Education (Investment) Fund to tourism related projects.
