175 Mr. C. Lenihan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if her Department continues to monitor the commitments given to her by a company (details supplied) regarding a takeover of two companies (details supplied) in relation to the use of local suppliers and distributors. As I have stated publicly on a number of occasions in the recent past, I and my Deparmtent are continuing to actively monitor the commitments given in the context of the takeover.
