I move:
That, with effect from 29th January, 1998, Standing Order 21 of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann be hereby amended by —
(a) the addition of ‘A list of the matters in respect of which notice has been given under this paragraph and the name of the Member concerned in each case shall be printed in the Official Report of the Debates.' at the end of paragraph (3);
(b) the deletion of paragraph (4), and
(c) the insertion, in paragraph (5), of ‘and shall advise the Dáil of the total number of matters received, the matters selected and, in the case of those selected, the Member concerned after Questions each day' after ‘five minute speech'.
