326 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if the tachograph on a lorry involved in an accident (details supplied) on the N4 on 5 November 1997 was examined by her Department's inspectors or the Garda; if so, the result of that examination; the action, if any, taken in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
