asked the Minister for Defence further to Parliamentary Question No. 115 of 17 December 1997 the strength by rank and service, including non commissioned officers, in relation to the PDF, first line reserve, FCA and An Slua Muirí as at 31 December 1996 and 31 December 1997; and the permitted strength for those two years.
