350 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Defence if his Department and each body under the aegis of his Department have complied with sections 15 and 16 of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997; and the location where the documents required under these sections may be obtained by members of the public. [1251/98]
The section 15 and section 16 manuals for the Department of Defence, the Defence Forces and the Army Pensions Board are being compiled and will be published before the commencement of the Act on 21 April 1998.
The manuals will be available from the Department's Freedom of Information Officer or on the Internet via the Government web site (www. irlgov. ie/defence) or on the Defence Forces website (www.military.ie).
