Question:414 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will expedite the appeal lodged by a person (details supplied) in April 1997 under the 1995 EU suckler cow scheme; and when payment will be made under this scheme. [1312/98]
The herdowner has lodged an appeal with the headage and premia appeals unit concerning his 1995 suckler cow premium application. The herdowner's appeal is currently being dealt with and he will be notified of the outcome shortly.
