470 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will again review the decision in relation to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo concerning payment of his grant, in view of the additional information (details supplied) regarding his brother's application. [1986/98]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

The application in this case was lodged on 28 April 1995. It could not be accepted as the scheme had been suspended on 27 April 1995. His brother's application was lodged on 24 April 1995, and payment issued to him on 11 December 1997.
